Chef Soren Pedersen will prepare a menu from farmer’s market-procured produce and local beef, chicken and fish right there in the garden! Wine tasting by AWI wines and hors d’oeuvres start at 4:30, followed by four gourmet courses served at one long, beautiful table.  MENU

•  Fresh Kale Salad with Roasted Apple, Pickled Onion on House Smoked Cottage Cheese Terrine &  Mustard – Dill Dressing

Main Course (Family style serving of all three meats):

• Pan Seared Fresh Gulf Catch  with Fall Citrus  
• &  Herb Crusted Filet Mignon wtih Garlic Confit and Toasted Black Peppercorn Sauce 
• &  Braised Chicken with Heirloom Tomato Stew   

• Roasted Root Vegetable with Sweet Basil Pesto
• Creamy Au Gratin Potato with White Cheddar Crust
